Teaching Internationally

The goal of the Teaching Internationally project is to promote and expand the international mobility of student teachers. For this purpose, networks with partner universities are to be developed and established. The project is aimed at students of all teaching subjects and all types of schools.

Mobility windows are to be established in the subjects to enable students to spend semesters of study aborad as well as short-term stays without delays in their studies. In coordination with the partner universities, lectures are to be identified that can be held as joint courses in the long term. On the basis of these courses excursions can take place. This is intended to motivate students to undertake longer periods of stay abroad.

In addition to student mobility, academic exchange with the partner universities will be funded, for example through guest lectureships, annual conferences or other forms of academic exchange.

Within the framework of the project, internationalisation@home is to be further promoted, so that students for whom a period of stay abroad is not possible can also gain international experience and intercultural skills for their professional life.
